1- Economic studies Phase (Market Study): Examining the Product and its Requirements from the point of view of Customers * Applications and Markets *the Possibility of Supplying Raw Materials *Selling in Domestic and Foreign Markets. Domestic and Foreign Supply and Demand of the Product in Past and Future Forecast.

2- Technical Studies phase: Studying the technical and technological requirement of product and standards in the target markets, manufacturing processes, machinery and technical knowledge required, other infrastructure required including land, and landscaping, building, installations workshop and laboratory equipment, raw materials consumables, organizational structure and manpower needed during construction and operation, schedule of implementation of the plan and assessment of technical risks.

3- Financial and economic studies phase: Investigating the amount of investment, sales revenues, operation costs of the project, determining the mode and model of financing, calculation of financial and economic indicators of the project such as return on investment, internal rate of return.
